S.C.D.S.A. Endorses Dave Bass for Placer County Superior Court Judge

Sacramento, CA- The Board of Directors of the Sacramento County Deputy Sheriffs’ Association (SCDSA) has officially endorsed Dave Bass for Placer County Superior Court Judge. Dave Bass is a prosecutor, attorney, military veteran, and civic leader with extensive experience in public service, criminal prosecution, and constitutional law. A former member of the United States Coast Guard, Bass went on to serve as a prosecutor for both Placer County and the California Department of Justice, handling financial crimes, public corruption, and fraud cases. He later built a broad civil litigation practice and worked alongside the Institute for Justice in a successful constitutional challenge involving unlawful federal asset forfeiture. Bass currently serves on the Rocklin City Council and has led major community initiatives, including the preservation of Clover Valley, while continuing to advocate for public safety, government accountability, and community service.

Mr. Bass stated, “Making our communities safer is a regional effort in which everyone in the justice system plays a part. I am honored to have the support of the men and women of the Sacramento County Deputy Sheriffs’ Association for my campaign for Superior Court Judge.”
